Mitosis

Mitosis is the completed process of chromosome seperation.  Mitosis has four phrases. Phase one the nuclear membrane breaks apart. Phrase two the chromosomes line up in the middle of the cell. pPhrase 3  the cromotides seperate and are pulled to oppisite sides of the cell by the fibers attatched to the centrioles. phase four the nuclear membrane forms around the two sets of chromosomes, and they unwind.

Meiosis has 8 phases. Phases one chromosomes are in a threadlike form. Each chromosomes copies itself. Phase two.
Chromosomes are each made up of two chromotids. Now they line up in the center of the cell. Phase three. Chromosomes seperate and move to opposite sides of the cell. Phase four. The nuclear membrane reforms and the cell divides. Phase five. Each cell contains homologous chromosome pair. Phase sixThe chromosome line up at the equater of each cell. Phase seven. The chromotids pull apart and move to opposite ends of the cell. Phase eight. Result four new cells are formed.
